Holacracy is at the core of everything we do - we promote autonomy and independent decision-making within teams and individuals. Our Social Responsibility Circle includes all types of roles, from digital marketing specialists, project managers, back and frontend engineers to architects and consultants. Anyone, no matter their position, can play their part in building a better world environment.

Where are we now?
The Social Responsibility Circle is made up of 20 people who contribute alongside their core roles at Netcentric.
In 2018, we also introduced Local Social Responsibility Ambassadors - as of today, each of our Netcentric Studios has an Ambassador, including a home-office representative.
Unprecedented times require creative solutions to new challenges. In 2021 we want to focus on how to stay connected.
Our 'How to Stay Connected' objective is about finding ways of connecting with our colleagues by creating different events, coffee calls, and joint projects. We aim to increase outreach and create actions through these events and evaluate and initiate new internal and external campaigns.
We strive to create awareness about our social responsibility and mobilize the Netcentric community to reach out into their communities and give back.
