What makes an AEM Rockstar? Our answer: an innovative integration of the Adobe Experience Cloud and Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services, creating a consistent personalized customer experience. That’s our Smile to Donate Showcase, demonstrated at the Adobe Summit EMEA in 2017.
 

Each year, Adobe customers or partners using Adobe Experience Manager submit their best tips and tricks. Adobe selects just a few finalists and this year, the finalists give a live demonstration of their ideas at the AEM Rockstar Session at the Adobe Summit in Las Vegas. Winners are elected in real-time and win some great prizes.

One Seamless Personalized Customer Experience

We integrated Adobe AEM Screens, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign and Microsoft Azure’s Face API for face recognition into one engaging, innovative and consistent customer experience.


By harnessing these cutting-edge technologies, we created the Smile to Donate Showcase. It is a multi channel journey, illustrating an interaction with digital signage that goes beyond touch. Most importantly, with just a smile, visitors launched a Netcentric donation to the Smile Train charity on their behalf.
