We are pleased to announce that Richard Francis will be joining Netcentric as Chief Financial Officer as of October 1st. With extensive experience in leading finance and operations of several technology companies, both large and small, he has what it takes to excel and contribute to Netcentric’s growth and vision.

Until December 2015, Richard was CFO of Myriad Group, a Swiss listed software provider. Prior to this, Richard was CFO of Day Software, the creator of Day CQ that was acquired by Adobe Systems in 2010 (now called Adobe Experience Manager). Before joining Netcentric, Richard has been assisting private equity backed companies with raising finance. Richard has extensive experience in raising equity finance including raising just over $100m on the markets in 2013-2015 as CFO of Myriad Group AG. Richard has an honours degree in Economics and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte.

“Richard impressed us from the moment we met him. He brings a wide range of experience, from several leading financial roles in the past, to the team. Not only that, he is well known in the Adobe network and he is based in London, which is one of our focus areas. In short, he was the candidate we were looking for," said Gerhard Gerner, COO of Netcentric.

Netcentric welcomes Richard to the team!
