Setting sail into uncharted waters
In the beginning, there was one single ship. When we stop to look around at our team of 360 amazing people working from 10 global offices, it’s incredible to think back and reflect on how this journey first began.
This week marks the 5th anniversary of Netcentric and, while it’s critical to keep our eyes on the horizon, sometimes you have to look at your history to truly understand your future.
On July 1st, 2012, we boarded one boat and launched into the great unknown. As with any new adventure, there was no guarantee for success. Nevertheless, we believed in our goal:

Three years after we started our venture, things were looking very bright: We had safe
That’s why we set sail again and arrived in a whole new continent, South America. There we set up an office in Medellín, Colombia.
In addition, we created a new office in Romania and our fleet continued to scale, reaching 317 talented professionals by the end of the year 2016.

Our values and ideals are anchored in these promises and in the last 5 years, they have taken us from one little sailboat to a fleet of ships with a single purpose - to empower our clients and prepare them for what lies ahead.
